Memorial Day Family Camp is the perfect way to kick off your summer with structured, family-focused fun at Seneca Hills. Enjoy a weekend packed with engaging activities, meaningful fellowship, and opportunities to grow closer as a family. From planned events to shared meals, everything is designed to help you connect, create lasting memories, and start the season on a high note. Let us take care of the details while you focus on making the most of your time together in the beautiful outdoors. 

Family camp weekend is chance to spend time with your family away from the many distractions of life. Besides sessions with an engaging chapel speaker, here are a few of the activities in our Memorial Day Family Camp:

 

  • Open Rec Center
  • Dodgeball
  • Morning Hike
  • Family Trivia
  • Cornhole (& other lawn games)
  • Optional paintball
  • BBQ Cook Off!
  • Racquetball
  • Zipline & Indoor Climbing Gym
  • Swimming (weather permitting)
 

Cost Information

Campsites: No electric $65 per night, Electric $75 per night
Cabins $80 per night (sleeps up to 12), Retreat Center Rooms $67 per night (sleeps 3-10 depending on room)
The program/activity fee(s) is/are included into the housing/campground pricing.
Food Service pricing depends on family size.
*Housing is charged for the weekend.
**Meal plans are required for Cabins and the Retreat Center.

Jim Cossin grew up in Beaver Falls, PA graduating from Geneva College in 1966. After serving as a Chaplain’s assistant in the US Army, he worked as a sales correspondent at Babcock and Wilcox Tubular Products in Beaver Falls. After graduating from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 1975, he served as pastor of Westfield Presbyterian Church in New Castle, PA until 1989. From 1989 to 2012 he served as the Executive Director of Seneca Hills Bible Conference. After 10 years in retirement, in 2024 he was appointed Stated Supply at Center Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Grove City, PA. Jim and Darlene had 2 sons, Jim, Jr and Shawn. Jim and Joyce were married in 2016 and currently divide their time between homes in Grove City, PA and Bowling Green, KY.

Non-refundable Deposit
All summer camp registrations require a non-refundable deposit of approximately 1/3 of the cost of the camp. The deposit is due at the time registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made within one business day of registration. After one business day the non-refundable deposit is in full effect. Any cancellations before June 10 will be refunded all paid fees except the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations on or after June 10 will result in a forfeiture of all paid summer registration fees.

Summer Camp Suspension
If Seneca Hills does not run camp due to concerns or restrictions (local, state, federal) related to COVID-19, all payments, will be refunded in full.
