Lindon Fowler
Executive Director
Lindon Fowler took the helm of Seneca Hills in 2016 after four years working in operations and management in the energy industry. Lindon earned his degree in biblical studies from Geneva College and his master of divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is an ordained minister, and working at Seneca Hills combines Lindon’s passion for organizational health and heart for gospel ministry. He loves sharing about Seneca Hills with churches and working to create an atmosphere where campers and staff can grow in their love for the Lord and understand that all of life is discipleship. One of Lindon’s favorite things about working at camp is getting to care for the summer staff and be part of their lives.
Noah Lilly
Program Manager
Noah Lilly joined the Seneca Hills executive team as the program manager in March 2022. Noah spent seven summers on staff at Seneca Hills and has served the camp as a member of service staff, counseling staff, program team, and as program intern. He has his bachelors degree in Youth Ministry from Toccoa Falls College. He loves seeing how God uses summer camp to transform lives, including his own. Noah feels called to camping ministry, and he is grateful for the opportunity to live out that calling by serving a ministry that the Lord has already used in his life in meaningful ways.
Bonnie Depew
Office Manager
Bonnie Depew joined the Seneca Hills executive team in January 2022 after years in retail and food service management. Most recently she spent four years as vice president of a Pittsburgh bakery, overseeing sales, marketing, and administration. As someone who loves serving behind the scenes, Bonnie is excited to play a part in helping campers experience camp and encounter the gospel. The sound of the creek babbling outside her office window and the occasional smell of campfire wafting in the door are just the icing on the cake.
Robb Dempsey
Facilities Manager
Robb Dempsey joined the Seneca Hills team as facilities director in 2018. He is responsible for caring for the camp facilities and equipment in ways that honor the Lord and steward the camp’s resources wisely. He also organizes the volunteers for spring and fall work days and the weekly Tuesday volunteers. During the summer Robb hires and directs the maintenance crew, teaching them spiritual and mechanical skills that will last. He loves how working at Seneca Hills allows him to use his skills for Christ’s kingdom. Robb learned many technical skills from older men who taught him how things work, and he looks forward to pouring into the maintenance men at Seneca Hills for years to come.
Amber Depew
Food Service & Hospitality Manager
In March 2021 Seneca Hills welcomed Chef Amber Depew to the executive staff as the camp’s food service and hospitality manager. Amber brings food service experience and a love for Seneca Hills to the position, most recently working as area coordinator for the Carbide Plant cafe at Penn United Technologies in Saxonburg, Pa. She also worked as a freelance chef for the Kentucky Derby in 2018 and 2019. Amber earned her degree in culinary arts technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. An alumni staff member, Amber worked in the camp kitchen for three summers, and she credits Seneca Hills with helping her discover her passion for serving others through wholesome, nourishing meals.
